I WANT TO APPLY CHINESS VISA~~CAN APPLY EMBASSY OF SONGKHIA?

hi,i am korean.we (my daughter and me) want to apply chinese visa(L-30DAY).Can i apply to Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Songkhla? If i apply on 22dec,when can i collect my passport?
