Extended stay in china on a "L" visa

I Frank Hammond contacted you office in Nov. asked about my stay in China. I have applied for an I-129 F, Petition for Alien Fiance with USCIS our petition was acepted on Oct. 03, 2011 the number is ECA1290002499, My China "L" visa is good til 13 Jul 2012. We understand the visa allows me to stay in 30 day periods, My fiance and I would like to apply for a visa that would allow me to stay here in Jinzhou with her during the processing time for the K-1 visa approval, approvimatley 4- 7 mos. from the aceptance date. I understand that I can fly out of the country and after 24 hours return for another 30 days? is there any way you could help us fore go this expense and trouble. Please advise on the proper procedure.

There is an option for you to extend the stay duration on L visa, however, L visa can only be extended twice at the exit-entry administrative bureau of public security bureau, 30 days each time, you can only stay in China for 90 days continuousely without exiting Mainland China. However, once you extend your L visa, your previous multiple entry L visa expires automatically.

After 90 days stay in China, you have to exit Mainland China to apply for a new visa to return to Jinzhou.
