About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Born in Philippines. Do I need visa to visit Beijing & Shanghai on a cruise?

I heard that if one is born in the Philippines ,you do not need to apply for a Chinese visa visiting Beijing & Shanghai on a cruise. If this is correct, what papers do you need to resent while there?

I haven't heard about it. As I know, you need to apply for a double-entry China visa to visit Beijing and Shanghai on a cruise.
