About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

I am living in Hobart, what is the best way for me to apply for a Chinese tourist visa?

I am departing Hobart on feb 2nd 2012 to visit my daughter who living in Guangzhou. Im not sure when i should apply for the visa and also where to apply. Could you please advise. Many thanks!

You can apply for China visa now, a single entry is valid for 3 months, applicants are advised to apply China visa one month before the departure. Hobart, Tasmania is under the consular districts of China consulate in Melbourne. You need to apply China visa through Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Melbourne.
