About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

Hotel and Flight required before visa issued

I am a UK citizen with a UAE resident visa, do I really need to book hotel and flights before my visa is approved, what if the visa is refused?

You don't need to book hotel and flights before your visa is approved. The two documents are not required for tourist visa application. A No-objection letter from your company stating your position, monthly or yearly salary is required.
