About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

I am a malaysian, working in ho chi minh, vietnam. I am going to travel to china next year april.

Can i get china visa from china consulate in hcm? any document needed? i have working permit and residence card. can u provide me the contact number of china consulate in ho chi minh?
