About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

is a dependent visa holder can apply for work visa?

I am presently living in china holding a dependent (spouse) visa. I wish to find work here.what are the possible documents do i need to prepare? is it possible for me to get work permit while holding a dependent visa? thanks.

It is possible for you to get a work permit while holding a dependent visa, First, you should find a job, then the employer will help you to obtain the work permit and official invitation letter. At last, change the dependent visa into work visa.
