Where can I get the Physical Examination certificate for Z visa in Vancouver?

If you want to know how to get the Physical Examination Record Form, you can download it from website or pick it up for free from the consulate in Vancouver. If you want to know the list of accredited hospitals, you'd better call the Vancouver Consulate to enquire it.

Now I hear that Chinese Visa Application Center in Vancouver will start trial service on December 12-15, 2011, we hereby notify the related matters as follows:
