About:Chinese Embassy in Egypt

As Egyptian national, if i am ONLY transitting in Hong Kong airport - do i need a transit visa?

I am an Egyptian national who is going on holiday to Thailand and have already purchased my plane ticket. On return leg of flight, I will stop transit in Hong Kong, but will NOT leave airport. Do I need a visa for China? Thanks!!

You don't need a visa for the transit in Hong Kong. Egyptian passport holders are exmept from a visa to Hong Kong for 90 days.
