can i apply for a 2 years multiple entry visa to China if I owned a private apartment in China??

I owned a private apartment in Jiangxi can I apply for a 2 years multiple entries to china based on property ownership??? I am 60 years old n above.

Yes, you can apply for a multiple-entry China visa valid for 24 months since you own an apartment in China. But I cannot guarantee you'll definitely get it. It depends on the consular officers.
