My PRC (Chinese) girl friend is working in Singapore and holds a valid Singapore work permit and a china passport. We will like to visit Hongkong/Macau for vacation, does she need a visa?

Yes, she needs a Hong Kong entry permit. She doesn't need a Macau entry permit for 7 days visit in Macau. Chinese passport holders with the valid residence permit or visa of the third country are exempt from a visa to Macau for up to 7 days, she has a valid Singapore work permit, so She doesn't need a Macau entry permit for 7 days visit.
