About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

where do i submit my duly filled business visa application in delhi

dear sir, please advise where do i submit my duly filled Visa application for business Visa. also advise that if i am India but have residency status in Dubai can i still apply for my Visa in India and woudl letter from My company in UAE be valid

I'm afraid that you have to apply for China business visa in Dubai because you have residencey status in Dubai and you have the letter from your company in UAE. You are an Indian national, but you go to China for business of your company in UAE. Please submit your duly filled business visa application to China consulate in Dubai.
