lebanese physician, how to get hong kong visa?

iam dr haidar lebanese physician ,i have to attend a training course 9-11 dec. 2011 in hong kong ,
all documentation ,passport photo, personal photo,confirmation from trainer and payment document and visa applicatin form i send to your ambassy 16 nov.2011 ,still today i didnt get the visa ,what i can do because i must paid for ticket and hotel.
