expired visa - need emergency help

Question

My husband just landed in Beijing for business and was told that his passport is only a one time visa, which he used a couple months ago. So his Visa is not valid for this trip. His company takes care of these things and obviously this one got overlooked!  Now he's flying to Hong Kong where he was told he could get same day service.  Any input?

As I know, the Commissioner's Office of China's Foreign Affairs Ministry in Hong Kong provides the rush service 2 working day (including the submission day. e.g. If visa application is submitted on the morning of Monday, collection time is on the morning of Tuesday; If visa application is submitted on the afternoon of Monday, collection time is on the afternoon of Tuesday). He can't get the visa on the same day of application.
