About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

Payment method and fee for applying Hong Kong Passport and Hong Kong ID smart card

I am living in Vancouver, B.C., If I pay by money order,
1) whom should I write payable to;
2) How much? In Canadian currency or US currency?

You need to contact China Consulate in Vancouver for the info about the fee. It seems it can be paid by US currency or Hong Kong currency. BTW, it takes about 4-8 weeks to process these two documents.
