Whats type of Invitation letter Need.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are Ship Crew Management Company in Bangladesh. We need to provide our one crew to China. Kindly let us know whats type of invitation letter needed. Its Original Copy or email scan copy for submit at China embassy?

So you are sending someone to work in China? If so, the person need a China work visa and one of the requirements for work visa application is the original "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation".
