i need a visa in belarus

i am a citizen of cameroun,currently studying here,but now i want to come and study in china.how can i get it, i have admission letter from a chinese university.can i apply here.thanks

You can apply for student X in Belarus, however, the admission letter from a Chinese university is not sufficient, the university also need to send you JW201 or JW202.
