I am having a Sri Lankan passp port and will be in hongkong in December 2012. I want to visit macao from there. How can I apply visa from Sri Lanka

You can apply Macau visa from China embassy in Colombo. Nationals of Sri Lanka are not allowed to apply visa on arrival in Macau, you have to obtain a Macau visa before you go to Hong kong.
