Winter Travel in Liuzhou for Chinese new year

I will be there for Chinese new year and have some time free after that. Where would a good place be to go so we can visit the snow?

I think you could go to the famous Guilin for a visit. There will be no snow in this region.

There are not any interesting places for short-distance visiting to the southwest of Liuzhou. You may take a train for 3.5 hours to get to Nanning City, and then take a bus for 4 hours to get to the Detian Waterfall. It is located at the boundary of China and Vietnam.

thanks for that. we have been to Guilin several times. Longsheng would have snow but it's a bit of a climb for the family. Must be other places in south west that are accessable surely.
