About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

Regarding application for HK passport and HK smart ID card.

I have downloaded and filled out the forms for the above. Can the applications be submitted any day of the workweek at the Chinese Consulate in Vancouver?

You need to go there on one of its working days. The day of the workweek may be one of the public holidays.
