Can someone with a wheelchair be on the EMU Train?

Are there any facilities for those who travel with wheelchair?

Yes, wheelchairs could be carried on the train for free directly. And for the handicapped, usually there are some special seats on EMU trains. Compared with the common seat, they are roomier and have added seat belt.
