There is no need to cancel the current visa of your wife or you.
As you come to China on a work visa ( Z visa), your second child can also appply for the work visa to come to China as a dependent on you. Upon entering China within 30 days, you can change the work visa into a resident permit for the kid. FYI: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/work.htm
The applicant can provide your "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or "Confirmation Letter of Invitation" and Work Permit to apply for the work visa.

Thank you David, but the second child is 3 months old only, and same as first child can enter country under parent passport only. Now only first childs photo in my wifes passport so her VISA has remark as accompanied with 1 child. to bring the second chid we also have to add his photo to my or my wifes passport... bu then the visa won't allow to enter with second child... so in my case my children have no passport and cannot apply for VISA separately. What do yo think about it Davi?
thank you,

bu then the visa won't allow to enter with second child? How and why?
As I know, you can go to apply for the visa with the passport of you or your wife. The consular may directly issue a dependent visa on you for the baby. The procedure should be the same as the way how you get it for your first kid. If so, you can change this visa to a resident permit when the baby enter China within 30 days.
Another possibility is that the officer may issue an L visa for the baby. No worry, you can change the visa to a family visit visa also upon the arrival. FYI: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/family-visit-permit.htm
