India passport holder visiting Hong Kong & China from India, can get china visa in Hong Kong?

where and how to get China Visa in Hong Kong, how long does it take to get the visa ?

India passport holders are banned from applying for China visa in Hong kong. You'd better obtain one in your home country in advance.
