Egyptian passport holders and Australian passport holders don't need a visa to Hong Kong for less than 90 days visit.

Egyptian passport holders don't need a visa to Macau for up to 90 days.
Australian passport holders don't need a visa to Macau for up to 30 days.

Both of you and your husband should apply for a single entry China tourist visa to visit Beijing.
