visa infomation on indian pasport from bkk

Dear sir , I am holding indian pasport & having my compny register in BKK . Can i apply visa ( multiple entry ) from BKK for CHINA . I dont have work permit yet & i have been to chaina three times .
If yes then pl. tell me what are the formalities & charges.
