About:China Embassy in Thailand

What kind of visa do I need to form and register a local limited company in HK?

I'm an Italian Italian citizen, at the moment I'm in HK as a tourist (I got 90 days Visa). Next month my visa will expired and I'll visit Thailand for business. Thereafter, in a month or so, I'll would like to re-enter HK to form and register a local limited company. Do I need to apply for Business Visa at BKK or can I re-enter HK with a fresh 90 days visitor visa (issued at the airport itself)? Thanks and Regards.

I think you need to apply for an Investment visa. FYI: http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/id1000.htm
