About:China Visa

I have a 60 day tourist visa; my air reservations will put me 1 day over . Will I be fined?

When I made my flight reservations I did not take in to consideration that there were 31 days in Oct. If I go to Hong Kong for a couple of days and re-enter the mainland will I be ok? I have a 1 year visa good for 60 day each entry.

1 year visa good for 60 day each entry? So this is a multiple-entry visa. If so, it's OK for you to re-entry China with the same visa. By doing this, you will get another 60-day duration of stay in China mainland. Never ever overstay your visa. It can cause lots of troubles.
