chinese visa for students studying in egypt from other countries

I've been to china once, obtained the visa from country which is Nigeria, I have a residence permit here in Egypt, what do I need to apply from Egypt for a visa.

Here is a list of requirements for China tourist visa: passport(six months or above validity) with at least one blank page for visa; visa application forms V2011A and V2011B; for an applicant with non-Egyptian passport, 3 months valid residence or above is required; for a tourist with non-Egyptian passport, a letter from the related Embassy in Cairo is required; previously used China visa on your new or old passport.
