How long will it take from HKIA to Imperial Hotel by taxi? The fare?

I plan to go to hongkong on 15 Nov 2011 and will be staying at Imperial Hotel. May I know, where can i find the taxi stand in HKIA and which taxi can bring us to Imperial hotel and how long will it take from HKIA to Imperial Hotel by taxi? and the fare? My arrival time is around 2pm, how is the traffic at that time? What about the weather? is it windy or cold? what type of clothes should i wear?

To get to the taxi stand, please follow the signs and take the down-ramp on the left when you get out of the Arrivals Hall. You can take the red or green taxi from the airport to the hotel. The taxi fare is around HKD250 and it takes about 30-40 minutes if it is not the traffic peak hours. The traffic is generally well upon your arrival time. The weather is generally warm and pleasant during that period in HK with a temperature of 23~28C. Long-sleeved T-shirt is enough. In the afternoon of a fine day, shorts may be OK.
