I'm us citizen, can I apply for Chinese visa at your embassy?

Dear sirs or madams,

I am traveling in Europe with a US passport. I plan to apply for Chinese visa ( F or L ) at your embassy. As a US citizen, I don´t need a visa to enter Europe and I don´t have residence permit. Please let me know if I can apply for Chinese visa at your embassy.

Please let me know the address and hours of your embassy.

Please also let me know the public holidays in December for your embassy.
