Chinese Visa procedure for an Spanish in Tokyo

Hello, I am an Spanish citizen arriving to Tokyo next Wednesday November 16th at 07.15AM. I need to travel to Beijing on Sunday November 20th at 19.00 but I do not have a VISA.

If I apply on the same Wednesday first time in the morning what at Tokyo what is the earliest I could receive the approval? What information and documents are required for the application?
