chinese visa procedure for an spanish in tokyo

Hello, I am an Spanish citizen arriving to Tokyo next Wednesday November 16th at 07.15AM. I need to travel to Beijing on Sunday November 20th at 19.00 but I do not have a VISA. If I apply on the same Wednesday first time in the morning what at Tokyo what is the earliest I could receive the approval? What information and documents are required for the application?Thanks a lot in advance for your support,

If you apply China visa in Chinese embassy in Tokyo on the same Wednesday in the morning, the visa official approves you to apply for rush service, you can collect your visa and passport in the afternoon on the same day.
