Snow World and man made snow

Hi.. I am planning to go to Beijing onh 29/11/11 and visit the Snow World on 3/12/11. Normally is it snowing during that time ? I heard there is a man made snow place in case there is no snow. Where is it ? Tank you.

It will snow in Dec in some years, but some years, it will not. Qiaobo Snow World is a indoor ski resort, which is located in Mapochao Baihe National Forest Park in Shunyi District. I think it is a good choice.
