Accommodation in Huangshan on top of the mountain

Hi guys,

My friends and I are planning a trip to Huangshan and we are trying to find accommodation on top of the mountain to see the sunrise. But we are not sure how to tell which hotels or youth hostels are on top of the mountain.

Also, if we are not staying on top of the mountain, does that mean we won't be able to see the sunrise?
