It costs 35 Euros for single entry visa for a Dutch citizen, now you have to submit application to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in the Hague, the regular service fee is 30 Euros, the tax is 30Euros X 19% = 5.7 Euros. The total fee is 35 Euros + 30 Euros + 5.7 Euros = 70.7 Euros.
