Timing for process application visa

Dear, I am a Belgian passport holder, living in China and coming to Japan on a business travel. I have to ask for a new visa because I don t have entries any more. If I would arrive in Tokyo on a Tuesday at 2 pm, when at the earliest can I have my visa (with the 1 working day processing)? Or if I would arrive on a Friday at 2 pm, taking into account the weekend, when could I have the visa? Thank you very much for your answer, An-Sophie

If you submit the requirements early that day (some embassies before 1100, some before 1200), you can get the visa on the same day with the one working day service. So to my understanding, you will get your visa on the following Wednesday if you submit the documents on a Tuesday at 2pm ( both of the days are working days).
And get the visa on next Monday if you submit the requirements on a Friday at 2 pm ( both friday and monday are working days).
