Hidden costs - Tips

I am very interested in your tours as a visitor to China from Australia. Many travel companies offer a good price but in addition state there is a "Tip" to your guide of US$10/day. Is this included in your prices?

I have taken a trip with this company last year and as I know, the tips did not included in the price they offered. And also the amount of the tips is not fixed. It depends on if we are satisfied with the guide's services. The company only offer an advice.
