Do you give an invitation for tourist visa application?

I am a Filipino and a resident in Dubai. I am in transit for 3 days in Beijing before going home to the Philippines. I already have an airline ticket. I just want to book a hotel and a package tour with you. Do you also provide invitation letter that i can use to get a tourist visa?
