Hello, Im a Mexican Tourist going to Tokio, Hong Kong and Shangai Next week, Can i Appli for the Visa In Tokio? because Chinesse embassy in Mexico its very far away from my City 12 hours Driving

China tourist visa can be obtained in a third country. But I cannot guarantee you'll definitely get it. Japan is generally a easy place to get a China visa. If you fail, you can also apply for the visa in Hong Kong, which is even more easier.
