can i use the mtr tourist hk octopus card at seven eleven. star ferry and the tram too?

You may mean the Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass, am i right? Well, It is an Octopus Card with either one or two Airport Express single journey(s) plus 3 consecutive days of unlimited travel on MTR (except Airport Express, East Rail Line First Class, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau stations). Thus, you can not use it at star ferry and the tram.0
