Hello,as the title says,I'd like to renew my passport which expires in july of 2012,I am a Greek citizen living and working in Kunming,Yunnan,so I am wondering which office and in what city do I need to travel to,in order to get my passport renewed.If someone could point me to or provide a link/phone number of the appropriate section I need to contact,please do so.Any information would be great.Thank you.Yannis.

I've been trying to contact the Embassy in Beijing to no avail;the number keeps coming up as not in service at the time.How long before a passport expires,the holder needs to renew it?Mine expires in roughly 8 months from now.I will keep trying to get in touch with the Embassy,but if my question could be answered here,it would be very welcome.Thanks in advance.

Hi, as I know, you need to renew your passport if it is valid less than 6 months.
