You need to go to China Visa Application Service Center in Brussels to apply for the student visa. The requirements include:
1. your passport and a recent passport photo;
2. completely filled visa application form V2011A and V2011B;
3. your Belgium resident permit;
4. Visa Application for Study in China (Form JW-201 or Form JW-202, original and copy) and Admission Notice (original and copy);
5. The applicant who attend medical internship shall provide 1)Application Form for Medical Internship; 2)Admission Notice issued by school of internship placement.
6. The applicant who will study in China for more than 6 months shall also provide a Physical Examination Record for Foreigner issued by the Belgian hospital (except for the pupils and high school students);
