About:Mutianyu Great Wall

How can I go directly to Mutianyu GW by bus from JadeGarden Hotel, Nanheyan St. Please help !

I will be bin Beijing in mid November. Is there any Fall Color in Mutianyu in that time ? I need some advices from local and lucky photographers about time and location ( name / GPS ) for the best shots of the Mutianyu GW.

It is fall color now and perhasp it has been winter scenery in mid-November. And there is no direct shuttle bus from the hotel to Mutianyu, unless you hire a van or taxi. You need to get to Dongzhimen and look for buses to Huairou. Then change to local bus or taxi to Mutianyu.

we stayed at the jade garden hotel Oct 4 to 6 2011 and we hired a taxi to take us to mutianyo great wall and ming tombs for 900 yuan. just ask for the concierge to arrange the trip.
