Is there a bus/metro from the airport to get me to the Beijing Jade Garden Hotel in Forbidden City?

Yes, you can take Airport Shuttle Bus Line 10 from the airport to Wangfujing Street (family Imperial-Court Hotel) and then walk southwest about 700m to your hotel. It costs CNY25 and the duration is about 1.5 hours.
