I'm UAE resident, India citizen, do I need a Hong kong visa?

Dear Sir, I am UAE resident Indian national me and my Partner would like to visit Hing Kong Exhibition on Th of nov-11, I have already applied for Chinese visa, is it for us visa on arrival? in Hong Kong or we need to apply separately, if so where need to approach...
