i'm uae resident, india citizen, do i need a hong kong visa?

Dear Sir,  I am UAE resident Indian national me and my Partner would like to visit Hing Kong Exhibition on Th of nov-11, I have already applied for Chinese visa, is it for us visa on arrival? in Hong Kong or we need to apply separately, if so where need to approach... I want to visit my son & wife working in China.  I want to visit them with my wife and young son. After or before that I want to visit the canton fair as well.  Can I request tourist visa for my wife and son and a multiple entry business visa for myself.  we live and work in Dubai.
