About:Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding

What time of year is the best time to come to the panda sanctuary? Is it was thinking of mid March?

Is the sanctuary open all year round?

Yes,the panda base is open all year around. Coming here to see the pandas in mid March is not bad as it is not the busy tourist season in china and the pandas are quite active in spring.
