Notarization of Indonesia passport in China

Hi there, I am an Indonesian citizen, needing to get my passport notarized (i.e. to show that it's not a fake) in order for me to open a business in Ningxia (China). I am wondering if I can get this done in the Indonesian embassy in Beijing or do I need to send my passport back to Indonesia to get it done? Thank you for your kind attention.
