this will be at Kumming China how to obtain the relevant visa form ?what would be the visa fee in LKR ?photograph size ?WE WILL PRODUCE THE INVITATION FROM ICAO AT THE INTERVIEW

You can download the visa application form from website or get it for free from China embassy in Colombo. It costs RS 2,300 for single entry visa. The 2 inches passport photo is required to attach on the visa application form.
