is it possible to have a china visa from jordan to libyan citizen
chinese embassy in libya did not start working yet.

It takes 4- 5 working days for visa processing. As for the requirements, you'd better enquire the embassy to get exact answer because the Libyan polictial situations. The basic requirements are your passport, one passport photo, filled visa application forms V.2011A and V.2011B0
