Is there any difference for application for tourist visa of one month from Hong Kong or Nepal?

Generally speaking, applicants should apply for China visa in the country where they reside or work. You are a Nepalese citizen, in princial, you need to apply for China visa in Nepal. If you work or study or reside in Hong Kong, you can apply China visa in Hong Kong, otherwise, you can't get it in Hong Kong.0
