Dear sir / madam To whom it may concernMy name is nasir azizi holder of afghani business passport living recently in tajikistan i want a formal visit for some business purpose and i have been there for many years since 1998s,.So please let me know what is the regulation for forgieners to apply chinese visa from here.

If you want to apply Chinese visa from Tajikistan, you have to hold a Tajik residence permit to prove you are a long-term resident there.  Because you go for some business purpose, you have to show an official invitation letter issued by a government unit. Your inviter should get it for you.
